Day 1

Arrival in Manado | Highlands, Lakes & Volcano Views

Upon arrival at Sam Ratulangi International Airport, around midday, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver. We begin our journey with a short drive through Manado City, heading up to a scenic hilltop viewpoint where you can enjoy a panoramic view over the city and the blue waters of Manado Bay — a perfect first impression of North Sulawesi. From here, we continue towards the cool highlands of Tomohon, a charming mountain town known for its flowers and fresh air. Along the way, you will notice numerous flower shops and nurseries, reflecting the region’s fertile volcanic soil. We will stop at Buddhayana Vihara, beautifully set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Lokon, one of North Sulawesi’s active volcanoes. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery make this a memorable cultural and spiritual stop. Lunch will be served near Lake Tomohon, where you can relax and enjoy local flavors surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, we continue to the fascinating Lake Linow, famous for its changing colors caused by geothermal activity beneath the lake. Here, you will see steaming vents, lush vegetation, and a tranquil landscape. Take time to relax with a cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the serene natural surroundings. Later in the afternoon, we return to Manado City for dinner, followed by check-in and overnight stay at Aryaduta Manado Hotel.

Day 2

Bunaken National Park & Siladen Island | Underwater Paradise

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide and driver will pick you up. A short 10-minute drive brings us to the harbor, where we board a speedboat and head out to Bunaken National Park. Bunaken is one of Indonesia’s most renowned marine parks, celebrated worldwide for its spectacular coral walls, crystal-clear waters, and extraordinary marine biodiversity. The park is home to hundreds of coral species and tropical fish, sea turtles, reef sharks, and countless other marine creatures. Whether snorkeling or diving, Bunaken offers an unforgettable underwater experience with dramatic drop-offs and vibrant reef life just below the surface. After snorkeling or diving, we take a well-deserved break and enjoy lunch on Bunaken Island, surrounded by tropical scenery. In the afternoon, we continue by boat to Siladen Island, a small and tranquil island known for its white sandy beaches, calm waters, and shallow coral gardens. Siladen is ideal for relaxed snorkeling, with excellent visibility and colorful marine life close to the shore. Compared to Bunaken’s dramatic walls, Siladen offers a softer, more peaceful marine experience. After some leisure time to relax, swim, or enjoy the beach atmosphere, we prepare for the return journey. By late afternoon, we head back to Manado by speedboat, followed by dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 3

Minahasa & North Sulawesi Wildlife | Waterfalls, Fishing Life & Tangkoko

After breakfast, today’s journey takes us to the Minahasa region, north of Manado. Our first stop is Tunan Waterfall, a beautiful cascade hidden among lush greenery. Enjoy the fresh air and the soothing sound of flowing water — a perfect introduction to Minahasa’s natural landscapes. We then continue to Bitung City, an important fishing hub in North Sulawesi. At the fish market and landing area, you will observe daily fishing activities. If we are lucky, we may witness large fresh tuna being unloaded directly from the boats, ready to be distributed across the region and beyond. Here, you will gain insight into the lives of fishermen who spend weeks at sea, learning how crews work together aboard fishing vessels in the open ocean. Lunch will be taken en route before continuing to Tangkoko Nature Reserve. Upon arrival at Tangkoko, we immediately enter the forest for a guided wildlife exploration. This protected area is famous for its endemic and rare wildlife, found nowhere else in the world. With the help of our experienced local guide, you may encounter the tiny and fascinating Tarsius, Sulawesi crested macaques, cuscus, and various species of birds. The forest walk lasts approximately 2–3 hours, offering a deep connection with Sulawesi’s unique biodiversity. In the late afternoon, we return to Manado City for dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 4
