Yellow Fever Vaccination
Indonesia does not have a risk of yellow fever transmission; however, proof
of yellow fever vaccination may be required for travellers arriving from
countries where there is a recognised risk of yellow fever transmission.
Travellers arriving from affected countries should confirm the latest
requirements before departure and, where required, carry their
International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP).
If vaccination is medically unsuitable, travellers should consult their
physician regarding appropriate medical documentation and confirm current
Indonesian entry requirements before travelling.
Remote Journey Considerations
Some Pacébo journeys travel through remote regions where medical facilities,
communications and transportation infrastructure may be limited.
Travellers joining expeditions to Papua, remote parts of Sulawesi,
Kalimantan or other isolated regions should be in an appropriate state of
health for the journey and advise Pacébo in advance of any medical
condition, mobility requirement, allergy or dietary need that may affect
their participation.
